Patrick Ryan will set the scene for a reading of a Latin translation of Shakespeare’s ‘Julius Caesar’. The text is available from him (p.strepsiades@gmail.com) for the asking. The introductory reading session will take place in the L.E.C. Members need have no qualms about jumping into deep water here. Every assistance, in the way of pronunciation, intonation and metre, will be given in the friendliest of surroundings.
